What this site collects

This marketing site has no analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies. We don't know who visits it.

What we collect when you buy a license

When you purchase, our payment processor — either Paddle or Polar, both acting as merchant of record — collects your email address and payment details to process the transaction. We never see or store your full card number. Whichever processor handles your purchase, its own privacy policy governs that data: paddle.com/legal/privacy or polar.sh/legal/privacy.

We keep a record of the email address and plan associated with each issued license key, so we can help you recover a lost key or verify a purchase. That's the extent of what we retain. If you'd like this deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

What we never collect

The software runs on your own infrastructure with no phone-home behavior. Your uploaded CRM exports, enriched lead data, scoring results, and any outreach drafts never reach us — there's no server of ours in that path at all. If you configure your own Anthropic, Apollo, Salesforce, or Slack credentials, those calls go directly from your instance to that provider, governed by your agreement with them, not us.

Email delivery

License keys are emailed to you via SendGrid or plain SMTP, depending on how the seller's deployment is configured. If neither is configured, the key is simply logged and sent by hand.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, request a copy, or request deletion, by emailing hello@crmscoring.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
